I had to remove intake grate from my GTR 215. What should I be doing to make sure I put it back on properly? How important is it that the bolts are torqued?
Not too much to it. Service manual says to use new screws.
Tighten screws to specified torque and sequence.
Sequence- Front screw first then clockwise
First step. Hand tighten
Second step. 18lb ft
Third step. Recheck torque of first screw
