Impeller removal

On a 95 speedster, How does the impeller remove from the shaft? With the tool does it spin off the shaft clockwise or counter clockwise?

Not right handed....

The threads are standard threads. You remove it by rotating the impeller removal tool counterclockwise.

If you are having problems, it's probably because of the Loctite. You should get a small propane torch and add a little heat to the center of the shaft, in the bottom of the well that you put the tool in. This will break the bond of the Loctite............let me know if this does not work out.:cheers:

As Snipe said, you'll want to heat it. But there's a fine line between heating it and melting the plastic!

I couldn't get mine off. With a little heat, they came right off.
