What kind of Seadoo is that? I would assume it is out of the 92 you have in your profile and not the 97 XP b/c the xp's do not come apart like that. How did you get the jet pump off with the impeller still attached? Tell us how you took everything apart.

i got it all apart.. its from the 92 sp.. i first removed/loosened the four nuts that hold the jet pump housing to the hull.. i then removed the nozzle, and then the jet pump cone.. i used an adjustable wrench on the nut that holds the impeller to the housing... and a pipe wrench on the shaft right by the PTO.. broke it lose and removed the jet pump housing.. i then removed the impeller and drive shaft as one unit.. set the impeller on a vise and knocked the drive shaft right out.. was actually easier than i thought it would be..

now the only problem i have is there is a hose i dont know where it connects too..

Oil hose?........

That looks like one of your oil hoses..........

Did you take either of them off? You should have one of those going to the oil pump and one going to the port side of the engine at the rotary chamber. If the hose I'm seeing is a clear hose, about 3/8" in diameter (inside diameter), that's what it is........

an oil hose? hmm it wasnt hooked up to anything when i started to remove the impeller thats why i ask.. it does at the end of it look like it had oil run through it for a length of time.. port side of the motor u say? ill check when i get home..
