Impeller free spin

Is it supposed to free spin like this or is it supposed to be more?

Can't watch your Visio on my iPhone. But I can tell you that impellers should not free spin.

They are directly connected to the shaft which is also directly connected to the engine. I am guessing the coupler between them has failed.

The pump is removed from the ski. I was spinning it by hand and it didn't stay spinning much. Wasn't sure if that's a bearing issue or its normal. Watch the video on a computer if you can and you'll see what I'm talking about.

It should spin a bit then stop...say...1-3 revolutions after your fingers leave contact.
