Impeller Cover Replace?

I was changing pump oil. when I tightened the plastic impeller cover (pointy plastic piece with 3 screw holes and 1 to fill up oil) I kept tightening etc. to the point that I bent and cracked the 3 holes in it.

So, I need a new one. Just wondering, where can I get this? Also should I get one that creates more hp? I thought I came across something about a metal impeller cover that improved performance? Figure while I have it tore apart, why not put something a little better on?

You can get the stock cone by clicking PARTS above. Or you can get one with the anti-rattle kit, I personally don't think the kit is effective, but it's probably only a couple of bucks more. Google SeaDoo anti-rattle.
