Impellar removal tool

Have to change out my wear ring this weekend on 95 SP and read on post that I need an impellar removal tool. Thought it would look more like a harmonic balancer pulley but found this at Overton's. Is this the tool I will need to pull the impellar?

yes this is the tool you need just a simple spline with a head on the end put it on a impact and zip it out i believe its counterclockwise but double check before you start

I would use a wrench and breaker-bar over an impact. impact can cause unintentional damage to parts like impellers...

ya you do make a good point I've always replaced the impeller when i do the wear ring thats why i use a impact but like sabrtooth said use a wrench and a breaker bar to save yourself from more damage

Just looked at youtube and lots of video on replacing the wear ring. Appreciate the input from all.
