I'm very disappointed in myself!

I bought my ski and have got out on it a whopping ONE time for an hour about two months ago.

What the hell! I finally told my girlfriend that we had to take it out on Sunday even if just for a bit. I don't have anyone to ride with and don't want to go out all alone, even in the river.

So here is hoping to be able to get out more often and use the damn thing!

I'm the same way. It seems like there is always something that comes up, so most of my riding is during the week, or by myself. It doesn't bother me though. With 2 little kids... sometimes it's extra work keeping them happy. When I'm by myself... I'm on no one else's schedule.

Go to a lake to ride, Usually there's at least a few people to play with that have ski's even if it's just for the "someone else is out riding too" feeling. I have a pair so I always have someone to ride with no matter what.

Yeah, I plan to take it to the river. I can run it close by where I launch from. My girlfriend hasn't been on it yet so it should be fun. Hopefully will get it out on a lake soon as well.

It just sucks. My buddy who convinced me to buy one cause he has one, hasn't finished his yet and it isn't running. I'm only 15 minutes from the river so I got to go. Between work, kayaking, fishing, there just isn't enough time for everything. :)

I often go to the lake in the middle of the week, actually I went yesterday, I almost always find someone to ride with. I've got my cel phone and all the numbers of the marinas are programmed into it. If you get stuck someone will pick you up, it's the law.
