How to Remove Bumper 2011GTI

Need to know how to remove the front bumper and splash gard from a 2011 GTI Limited.

I have a 2015 limited and im not sure if yours is diff but the splash guard on mine has like 4 6 star/torques screws on it to remove. Not sure about the bumper never tried on that one.

Yes the splash hard seems fairly easy but the bumper looks a little more in depth maybe. I hope someone can tell us how to get it off and back on.
