Hello all,

As some have seen in my previous question regarding my pump issues, I am going through the pumps on all my machines. I am kinda wondering if I should get the driveline repair kits (carbon ring, o-rings, etc) while I am doing all this. How fast do you guys typically repair these parts?

The GSX and XP have great thrust and dont seem to leak there, the GTX had horrific cavitation (mainly due to the wear ring by the looks of it)

Thanks!

I only replace mine as needed. My GTX has 134 hours on it and just now is showing signs of needing a wear ring. So Im doing that tomorrow.

Typically, if it starts to cavitate it might need a further look see, when your replacing the wear ring. Preventive maintenance is a good thing, but don't go over board. No Pun intended..

Thanks for the input guys. Ya from what I can tell, they seem to be in decent shape still. More money to spend toward other things then. :)
