How can you tell if your machine is getting oil?

98 SPX and I dont know the history on it. This is also my first Sea-Doo. I cant tell if previous owner did premix or oil thru the oil injection pump. Is their a way to tell? How can I tell if my ski is being properly lubed? I have this suspicion that it is not receiving oil. Is their a warning buzzer that would go off? Is their a way to test the pump? The oil tank has oil in it and looks like their are three lines coming off of it. One looks like some sort of breather line that connects to the top and two other lines that run down to the engine. One connects to the pump and the other run to the block under the carbs. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
Paul

well

the easiest thing would prolly be run premix, and see if the oil in the tank goes down after a few hours of riding... if it does, then stop running premix...

it will be over oiled, but that will just make the plugs foul sooner... $6.00 for both...

unless there is a block off plate, i doubt you need to run premix...

the only warning buzzer is overheating, and that won't save you from massive no oil damage...

Yeah I would make sure to premix just to be safe. Mark the tank and take it our for a good spin. Come back and recheck the level.
