Start spraying the driveshaft/bearing with penetrating oil or something. Just be careful that you don't break anything else. I doubt the shaft is going to be useable. The problem is the bearings have worn the shaft and then seized to the shaft. It has to be smooth as can be where the bearings and seals ride, no question about it.
