I have had my seadoo out multiple times this year and it has been running great. As I was cutting I hit a wave, kinda sounded like my propeller came out of the water (maybe, not sure) and then when I came back down I heard a pretty solid "thud" and my seadoo quit running ASAP. It sounded like something seized up. I tried to start it again (i have the two beeps), I can hear the starter try to engage but nothing. Its not even moving.
I opened up the rear hatch and I touched the propeller driveshaft bearing and that sucker was hot. Almost hot enough I couldnt keep my finger on it. Is it supposed to be that hot? Could that bearing went out and locked up?
Any thoughts would be great.
Thanks.
