Hey guys, ive had mystery problems all weekend, here is my next one.

1998 GTX limited

Machine was in the water running great, after 1 minute "Hi-Temp" warning started to flash and loud constant beeping noise from the machine. i checked in the back and didn't see any water coming out of the pisser's.

The machine was in for service this week, and they had the head pipe off. Just wondered if they forgot to reattach something?

Your mystery "problem", not plural, was taking to the dealer....answered in other thread...anyway, i dont doubt they screwed it up somewhere, first leaving stator plug out, and now, they had to remove/break the tuned pipe, JUST to reset the oil cable....ypu, something is clogged, sabotaged and/or "forgot" to be connected.........dealers, gotta love them.

what should be my next step at this point? what would make water not come out of those 2 little pisser holes?

get an air compressor, and start removing waterlines, and blow'n air thru them...

maybe it aint the waterlines, but the pipe leaking, but only leaking enough, for your bailer system to work. If leaking, then the rest of pipe/exhaust, aint get'n cool...hook to hose, fire ski up, turn water on, and watch it for a minute or 2, feeling the sides of cylinders and pipe...

If it leaks, where do you think it might leak from?

also, what am i feeling for on the sides of the pipe?

I took the machine out of the water and hooked it up to the hose. What i found was that water is not coming out of the back two pisser holes, either on the hose or in the water.

When i am hooked up to the hose, and start the machine. Where should the water shoot out from?

(also, no water leaks on the inside, anywhere)

Like SEADOOYA said, start by disconnecting the inside line from the jetpump nipple,
blow out any clog that might be in the three jetpump holes that are just behind the
impeller (high venturi water pressure area source) then blow other way toward engine. Disconnect hoses from nipples, wire out the nipple holes, ect ect. I once had
a ski that lake tar got push pressured thru my system and clogged the water exit
restrictor nipple at tail pipe. Wire & air-chuck. YUPPER!!!!! Cloggs usually happen at connections and seldon do the piston cylinder cavities fill with sand, but that happens Too! The STEALER may have RTV'd the connectors holes closed. It would
only take a hour to go over your whole system. Bills86e

I will try that, thanks Bill.

But when its hooked up to the hose, where should the water exit out from?

Towing a ski can exert pressure into the venturi, so pincher that hose so water does not flow INTO the non-running engine.
