Not sure if you have resolved your issue.. I've looked everywhere and everyone always gets the same stupid response... "Check your temp sensor" - When your jet ski is not starting, it's most likely not the sensor...

It's an electrical problem that will dodge you forever, it has me...

It all started with a bad starter. I replaced it, the gears and magnets were trashed...
Then I had a gash in the hull that was bringing in a lot of water... the jet ski would run great for an hour but as soon as you shut it down it would not start up.. it would just crank over and over... until the battery could not take it any more...
I noticed that there was a lot more water than usual in the bilge...

Then I bought a new battery... then I replaced the battery again after this winter (under warranty) put that puppy in, fixed the hull so no more water was coming in then off I was riding doing 53mph... for 15 minutes then I got a 12v Low warning... and then it died...

So I charged the battery then replaced the voltage regulator/rectifier...

Then clunk and hi-temp message... it was at night so no way it was too hot...

Checked the battery, drained again...

I figured that the water log shorted things enough to ruing the voltage regulator, then with new battery and bad regulator, something happened to the battery, so now I have new regulator and the battery seems bad again.

I will go get my battery replaced again tomorrow if the overnight charge doesn't work. The only other thing is that MPEM might be bad as well.. all fuses are good...

Let me know if you fixed yours, I'll post when I resolve my issue.

It's been a long time so I'm not sure if this is what ended up fixing the problem or not. I do know I had a lot of different electric issues with ski for a long time that I could figure out. Well after almost a year playing with It I figured out there is a solenoid that was powered when you put key on and that solenoid actually sent power to the mpem. That's what was wrong with my gtx. I forget what its proper name is. I got mine used on eBay and never had problem after that.
