I just changed the filters in the carbs & fuel lines on my 2000 rx. I put everything back together & noticed this vac line loose. I cant remember where it goes. Any ideas? thanks

that line does not go to the carbs. Its either, like you said, some type of vacuum line, which it looks like the line going/coming, from the fitting under the carbs, that connect to the "pressure" fitting off the case, for the rave solenoid, or its a waterline from off the exhaust pipe. It doesn't look like the vent line, for the battery, but could be.
