Help!

ok guys my 1993 seadoo sp's shaft and rubber boot that runs to the impeller to the engine gets really hot when I start it out of the water.please help!!

Your not suppose to run you seadoo on the garden hose, out of the water for longer than a few minutes(5 minutes recomended by seadoo). This is because the impeller bearings and seals aren't getting the cooling it receives in the water.

but it gets like really hot in like 1min or 2mins, hey i was woundering if the wear ring could cause this because mine is pretty old or a lak of grease in the bearings?

Under the boot of the shaft is a grease fitting. It should be greased with a grease gun till Resistance is felt. I use water proof grease my self.
