Hey all been looking around here for quite some time. Thanks for all the great info on my new purchase of a 97 challenger 1800.

I took the baffle out to do the float fix and I know flame me now but I got the 4 lines mixed up
Would some one be able to help me get the baffle back in right with the lines in the correct order please?
I have spent hours trying to get this fixed so I can get BOTH engines to run again lol
Thanks in advance
I have the shop manual for this boat but it doesn't show the right placement of the hoses.

On the side of the baffle, there is markings by each nipple. ON, Return, Vent. The line going from your carbs is the return, the line going to the carbs is the ON, the vent line will be leading somewhere to the side of the boat. Does your boat has a fuel selection dial ??

Should be marked on top of the fuel baffle. Each nipple coming out of the top should have it written on top:
On, vent, res, ret.

It has a on/off only. I see 1 line that is going to a splitter then to both engines then splits to both carbs. 1 is going to the vent..... That's the only 2 I'm sure of

I can move them around and 1 engine will run and when I switch them again that one won't run and the other one will. Lol I jacked with it for 5 hours and nothing. Very frustrating
