Help!!! Venturi blew off!!

I have a 07 gtx limited 215 supercharged. I just had the jet pump bearings replaced last week and probably put 3 hours on the ski since. Yesterday I was cruising around 40mph and all of a sudden the handlebars got ripped out of my hands and then would only turn 1 way. Fast forward once I got towed home I look inside it and saw that the Venturi had broken off from the pump. 3 bolts were still in just broke off the Venturi but one was just not there. My question is if you only had 3 bolts is the pump powerful enough to blow the Venturi off??

You say pump bearings were replaced just last week? Sounds like someone either over tightened or under tightened some bolts.

Looks like 2 bottom bolt holes were either stripped or close to stripped
