Help! 2013 gts 130

I have a pair of 2013 gts 130…
The one is slow to accelerate and then it stays at 5000rpm eradically jumping to 7000rpm?!
Any thoughts??

Change your spark plugs. What you are describing is the typical way that plugs fail on the 4tecs where they surge back to life intermittently.
