Guage Cluster Problem 2013 RXT 260

My gugage has a crack going right up where the RPM guage is, no fogging on the lens however. The RPM needle has no movement either on power up, however digital RPM's work so it looks like the anolog needle is bad. Had anyone even been able to repair these nwere guages as I know they are pretty much glued shut? I find it a little crazy that a new guage is going to cost over $600.

There's no way to repair those gauges you have to replace it and also bring it to a dealership so they can program the cluster with the ECM
