GTI SE 90 coolant

I just picked up my ski I only put 6 hours on it. Noticed today the coolant was just a tick below minimum, I’ve opened seat everyday never noticed the level honestly but I saw no leaks anywhere at all. Is it possible there was an air bubble, dealer just didn’t top it off. Thanks in advance not sure if I should top it off and see or just bring it in

On the sparks which is the same engine there have been issues with the coolant bottle becoming warped after removing the cap and then not sealing well enough and losing a little on each ride. Fill it to the correct level and check after each ride. It is also possible it wasn't full from the dealer.

Thanks for the reply, I never opened the cap I’m hoping it was just not full from the dealer will add up to the line today and take it out.

It may not even be the same coolant bottle I just know it's the same engine so I figure they likely used the same parts.

I topped it off today went out rode around and checked didn’t move at all, guess it was just low. Also one other thing. I have a slight vibration when doing 5/6mph only 7 hours on ski is that normal at that speed? Lower it don’t vibrate and faster it runs fine

yea I get some vibes just off idle as well on both of mine just the harmonics of the engine at that RPM I believe

Thanks again, I sucked up some sea weed today had to jump under and grab nothing came out. Then put in reverse and shook the ski and hit throttle flew out lol.

If the vibration wasn't there before that then I would climb under and see if you can see anything in the impeller. Mine always had some vibration just off idle, I have 2 and ridden another and they all had the same thing. If it looks good, accelerates good and still hits top speed it's probably just the same engine vibes I get. The spark hull is lighter and the plastic polytec stuff so I figure it allows more engine harmonic transfer than fiberglass.

Dealership told me it’s normal and said same thing. I don’t run sluggish and it accelerates no problem at all
