Hi Guys
Im thinking of fitting a second battery to my ski after getting stuck when my new battery crapped itself the other day. Was just planning to have a second batt
wired to a changeover switch
Question is about mounting the battery into the ski, the current battery in its cradle seems to be held into some threaded inserts in the hull.
What would be the best way to drill some mounts into the deck? Is there any risk of damage drilling through that platform that the battery sits on?
Was thinking of using self tapping screws to mount some metal brakets to the deck and bungee cords to hold the batt down
Any thoughts?
Thanks
