GSX colors by year

Does anyone know where to find out what colors were used in the different years of the GSX? Did they use more than one main color each year?

Yes they did.

For example a 1997 1/2 model it was gray and red, 1998 was red and purple.

This has a showing of seadoo models..hopefully the link works.

IIRC correctly wasn't the 98 GSX the fastest production seadoo at the time? We had one for a few
years and it was just what you say - wicked fast, turn on a dime. Never gave me an ounce of trouble.

I thought so too, although I think the white pipe's gave it more oomph... the grey ghost model. I'm not sure of the details except that when I part out a 951, the black pipes go to the scrap pile, nobody ever ask's for one, but the white pipe sells for good money.

The black & red '99 GSX had the best graphics IMO...
