Grey fuel lines in 99 SPX

I have noticed on several threads that grey fuel lines equal trouble. Does that apply to 1999 SPX lines, or did they have it figured out by then?

Is Sea-Doo doing anything to reimburse customers for bad fuel lines?

Nope and Nope ... change them out! Regardless of the fuel line colour they should be changed out every 5 years (learned from experience brp mech.)
