Last Septembr (LaborDay weekend) I spun the carrier bearing in my Explroer (94) and of course started to sink, I was next to the ramp and my bilge pump was pumping like crazy.....took the boat out, cleaned it all up, winterised it, done! Last night I finished installing the new bearing and hose greased it all up and today (Sunday) I am putting it in the water to check for leaks and a test run.....I am running in salt water how often should I grease that fitting on the carrier? should I give it a shot after every run? is it possible to over grease? any advise would b apprieated.

Since you are in salt... yes, I would grease after every ride.

You really can't over grease... but you do need to be careful. As long as you used factory seals... the rear seal is a little weaker than the front seal... and the extra grease will pump past the rear seal, and go out the back. If you used 2 of the same seal (like some aftermarket kits do)... then you may build enough pressure to push a seal out. Since you should grease after every ride, to push out any water... just go slow to make sure you don't pop a seal out.

Thank you Doc. and yes all factory parts, I didnt know you can buy it put together until after I bought evrything! Hope fully I wont have to do this again soon...3rd time in 9 years!
