I assume this is for your 2003 SeaDoo Sportster LE 951 (carb).
An OEM will fit better.
I don't know much about the white ones, but sometimes you get what you paid for. Was it Cheap?

Yes, the boat in my sig. It was 27 bux delivered. I can always resell it on ebay for 20 and buy another one if the consensus is it won't perform that well.

Have you search and read the threads about wear rings?

The OEM will fit a lot better and be the right one for your motor.
If it was me I would sell it & buy an OEM.

I don't like the aftermarket rings... but since you already have it... use it.

What are you out if you try it?? A little time and $20. Just make sure you get it square in there and it should be fine. They are wear rings and they wear. As long as it gives close tolerance, that's what gives the thrust. If it is a different size, it wont work as well. The tighter the better. If you suck something up, it will be damaged just like an OEM ring will. The OEM has a lip that makes it easier to fit.

I've seen some really shot wear rings and the owners say they don't feel it's performing that bad.... I say, give it a try!

That's a good point. It's pretty easy to pull the pump and replace the ring if I'm not happy with it...i will give it a try!
