got any tips on carb settings gsx ltd

Ive got a GSX ltd 1999. It cant reach high revs an it smokes alot. Ive just had the carb cleaned an fule lines replaced ect. Does any1 have any tips on setting the high rev adjuster?

You can't adjust the high rev limiter. It is in the mpem,( Multi Purpose Electronic Module). Be sure the carbs are adjusted properly. The low speed screw should be at "1 1/2 "turns and the High Speed should be at "0" Be sure the carbs are in sync with each other.
