Goes to 6000rpm then slowly climbs to 7000rpm

Hey guys I have a 01 XP 951. If I give it WOT the machine will wind up to 6000rpm and slowly clims to max rpm around 7000-7200rpm. It never used to do this and I can't figure it out. I have cleaned carbs, changed plugs and cleaned wires. The only other thing I am thinking is I filled up with some bad gas, I also took a look at the water regulator...seems clean.

Any Suggestions???

Is the ski accelerating? That's kind of normal for an engine with a few hours on it. (Starting to loose some power) BUT... when was the last time you cleaned the RAVE valves?

Ski Accelerates quite good, I have popped the rave covers off and then seem ok. I'll try cleaning them and go from there
