Gauges not working or vts

My gauges or vts does not work it just done this never had this problem before.theres no fuses blown the engine starts and runs fine.

I have the same problem with a 92 xp. Runs fine but I have no tach or fuel gauge. I checked the two fuzes and they are both fine. Any Ideas?
