Hey guys real quick question, I put in another thread I just bought a 2009 RXP and RXT. The RXP gauges cracked and had water in them so I ordered a brand new set from Leaders RPM and was gonna have them programmed, so I just called the local Seadoo Dealer and they told me to just leave the ski and they'll get to it when they can or I can make an appointment for a month out.
My question is, can I just install the gauges in the ski without marrying them to the ECU and use them without any issues for the time being, all I really care about is the gas gauge right now. I don't want to do any damage to the ski or $500 gauge. I know not everything is gonna match up, I'm pretty sure I won't be able to read the vts but fuel level is better than nothing especially since I share the ski with my family and I don't want anyone running out of gas. Thank you
