ToddinTO Premium Member Premium Member Sep 9, 2019 #2 Hi, I purchased a new float for the sending unit I have in a 1997 GTX, not sure if the exact/similar unit is common with your boat. Just do a search on your favorite parts site for "Sea Doo Fuel Baffle Float Sender Repair" was about $15USD.

ToddinTO Premium Member Premium Member Sep 10, 2019 #4 Agreed, you do not need to change out the sending unit, but it must be removed from the tank and the bottom carefully removed to swap out the float.
