Fuel sending unit fix

I have read on here what to do if fuel gauge isnt working. So i remove my sending unit and bam. Magnet and bottom cap are gone. i can see magnet in gas tank but no cap. besides removing gas tank and fishing out magnet. What else can i do? I found a new magnet online. but what about bottom cap

Once you get a new float and bottom piece I'd ohm check it to make sure it works before reinstalling. Last two I pulled didn't work, but there is a fix for that also.
