Fuel Pump and T.O.P.S clicking

Guys, I need some help! This issue just started recently after I washed the engine. I take the key off and the fuel pump and the TOPS continue clicking like every 15 seconds, like they are self energized. Anyone can tell me where I need to start looking? Thank you all!

I had the same issue and unplugged DESS post. It happens even with it unplugged. Could that still be the issue?

Just replaced DESS post and it is still clicking and energizing. I’m installing a small cutoff switch in line to keep the battery from draining. Any other ideas?

Saw this yesterday on my 05 GTX non-sc. Check the TOPS switch. Mine is located on the front of the bracket that holds the mpem and it has a 3 wire plug similar to the solenoid plug. Mine did the same thing when I unplugged it. Unplug it, check and clean the connectors and di electric grease them, tap it with a screwdriver and plug it back in.
