Fuel problems

I have a 1998 GTS that starts easily, idles great, but when I give her the gas she spits and sputters and stalls. If I let off on the gas it will return to idle before dying completely. If it dies it starts right back up. Fuel filters have been cleaned. I'm not sure what to do. Any suggestions where to start?

need the carbs serviced bud and fuel line replaced.
