Guys I use it and it works fine. If you want to try it be my guest. If not, then don't.
You could also over analyze the crap out of it.
They have other types as well, I just clicked on the first one I saw...my bad.

Not trying to give you a hard time we just want to make sure the info given doesn't cause someone a problem. You are correct in that you are free to run what you want but to be fair that is not Tygon fuel line.
The braided line that Home Depot stocks is either PVC like you posted or Vinyl and they are not rated for fuel line and I would not feel safe recommending either of them to anybody especially in an enclosed marine environment.

The Home Depot PVC would be fine as a vent or overflow line but not one that is in constant contact with fuel.

There are some specialty PCV fuel lines but not the braided ones from Home Depot, those are rated for chemicals and fluids like water.

All the colored and clear fuel lines I have run into over the last 25 years on skis have been old and hard.

For safety sake use standard automotive fuel hose.

Again you are free to run what you like. Please don't take this as an attack on you.

When I owned carbed skis I would only use ethanol safe fuel injection hose for my personal skis. Friend of mine ask me to help him restore a GTX and I ended up doing nearly all the work. He insisted on braided clear hose. I purchased it from Home Depot and installed on his ski. After being given a hard time here I Called him today and ask him how's the ski. He replied great no problems.
Things like this makes me glad I'm no longer have carb skis. I'm out!!

I bought the recommended fuel hose. Automotive fuel injection from Amazon. Looks o be good quality.

This is what the original looked like. So glad I made the choice to do this change out ! Shout out to this forum, I would have never known it was an issue.

Good call. Looks like you saved your engine. For future info there is no reason to use fuel injection hose. It is more expensive and harder to work with.

I bought whatever was linked on this from amazon. Very pliable so guessing it's not fuel injection line.... didn't change vent lines and cleaned the fuel selector valve. Was clogged up as hell too.

Adding an inline filter before the carbs. Sea-Doo should stand up and fix this known issue. Tempo fuel lines suck !

Actually it's the ethanol in the fuel. Thank the government for that. When Seadoo produced these there wasn't any to worry about.
I have never had luck cleaning the fuel selectors as they always leak air. I always replace them and the fuel strainer and never have issues. I am one here that doesn't like the aftermarket inline filters but others do.

If you have any runabilty issues, replace the fuel selector. Most do not take the cleaning well. They either suck air and or the tiny internal passages still are plugged or partially plugged.
