You could also over analyze the crap out of it.

Not trying to give you a hard time we just want to make sure the info given doesn't cause someone a problem. You are correct in that you are free to run what you want but to be fair that is not Tygon fuel line.
The braided line that Home Depot stocks is either PVC like you posted or Vinyl and they are not rated for fuel line and I would not feel safe recommending either of them to anybody especially in an enclosed marine environment.
The Home Depot PVC would be fine as a vent or overflow line but not one that is in constant contact with fuel.
There are some specialty PCV fuel lines but not the braided ones from Home Depot, those are rated for chemicals and fluids like water.
All the colored and clear fuel lines I have run into over the last 25 years on skis have been old and hard.
For safety sake use standard automotive fuel hose.
Again you are free to run what you like. Please don't take this as an attack on you.
