Gonna replace the fuel float in my Seadoo xp 95 so im sure its the original garbage foam float that looses its bouyancy(gauge says 1/4 and tank is full)...any body else done this before? Is it difficult to do?The bottom of fuel baffle is sealed how do i crack it open?Any tips dr honda?

The bottom of the fuel baffle is not sealed. There is a plastic end cap with a filter screen on it. Just use a small flathead screwdriver to pry it off. It will snap right back in to place once you are ready to reassemble.

295500438 is the part number for a new fuel float, it's only about $10 at your dealer.

instead of just prying open the filter end cap which risks breaking the tabs, you push the holding tabs inward through their mating hole and it will come right off.
