Have to be patient and look 3-4 times a day....also need to search with different wording..jetski...jet ski..stand up jetski..standup jet ski...etc. recently got a 900 vulcan almost perfect for 2000.00 less than the rest listed...be ready with cash to go as soon as you see it.....good luck !! Funny when I want to buy something it costs 1000.00 and there is only 1 for sale..but when I want to sell there are 50 for 100.00...

yea that white one was my first choice, i actually initially emailed him about 40 min after the ad went up, and i realize that was 12 days ago, so either he doesn't want to sell it, or already sold it, but yea i do hear back, i'll holla at ya, my wife would prob flip a shit if i brought home another ski, even if it was an amazing deal. the 800 clearwater one looks solid, but again, never heard back, and the guy even refreshed the ad and dropped the price from 1K, so not sure what is up with that

lol I just got in touch with the guy with the 440, Blue Book HIGH retail on that ski is $580 he wanted $800 and wasn't negotiable. Told me no way, go buy the other guys "junk" then... The other guy is selling his for $450 with a new top end. AND its a 550, not a 440..
My luck, he's a guy on this forum...lol.. anyway, compression was 125 on each cyl...is that good for that type of ski? a 1990 440?

yea i thought the orange 550 was solid, i'd much rather have 550 than 440. as far as the white one, i personally wouldn't base a purchase on bluebook, i just don't think it's accurate for the market, it just really depends on what others are selling for and what you can actually find, the few extra hundred is worth it for me for a clean ski
i dont even know what compression should be on a 440, or a 550, it was hard to find solid numbers, unlike for a seadoo, most are 150, but the 951 should be 135, ya kno?

It's not as good as it looks. That ride plate is for surf or rough water riding. It never centers your just always rolling back and forth on flat water.
The cf hood is cracked all over. I was gonna swap it for a regular single gauge but if sold the morning after I listed it.

im planning on picking up a x4 this winter so maybe i'll kinda re create that one looks wise. just one of those things that caught my eye since the first time i saw it for some reason. yeah the 97 with trailer is a good price. those up here usually are listed $2000+

i'm also very suspicious of engines being out, only needed to be put back together with all "good" parts included
but if you know what you're doing, that sxi is a pretty solid deal, assuming those parts are aftermarket and do cost money, I have no clue bout aftermarket, i just want them running
