Guys,
I am a brand new PWC owner. I bought a used 1999 Seadoo GTX millennium edition. I so far have two questions.

1. The machine came with a trailer and seadoo strap for the rearend. It also came with two "strap hooks" that seem to attach to the tow rope cleet. I am just not sure how to secure it. I have played around with it but I end up marring the boat. I think a picture maybe worth a thousand words. Does anyone have a photo of how this strap wraps around the rear?

2. On the information pod....the left gauge...It only gives me the time and my heading..I hit the mode button and nothing changes..Just not sure the best approach should I purchase a new button and see how it goes?

I am sure I am not using the right terminology but seriously appreciate the help.
Thanks very much
Tom

Welcome.

1) There isn't a good way to tie the ass end of a ski sometimes. Every ski I've owned winds up with "Rash" from the rear tie strap. The only exception is the hand full of Yamaha's I've owned. They have a hole in the rear... and you could buy a tie strap that goes in from the bottom. So... not much you can do... with a seadoo.

2) Not sure what to say here. I would check the switch, and the wires from the button.
