So I took the boat out of storage and washed her up. I decided to fire the engines up and get her ready for the weeks cruise. The engine closest to the battery fired up without an issue. The other engine, turned slowly like it wasn't getting enough power from the battery. So without wasting anytime, I went and purchased a new battery. It did the same thing. The engine will turn over, but not fast enough, nor long enough to fire. Anyone have any ideas......very  When I put the lanyard on I get the normal 2 beeps.

update

So I have been intermittently going out and trying to start it. It seems to roll over quicker each time I try. Is it possible the oil from fogging it and other oil that has "leaked" in been so thick, it just had to be "moved around" allowing the piston to move more freely.....?

Remove the spark plugs. Attach the plug wires to the grounding posts and see if it cranks better then. If you remove the cover at the rear of the engine you should be able to turn the engine by hand (plugs removed). Also, make sure you have all of the ground cables attached the the neg post of the battery.

Wire connections

Make sure al Your connections are clean. Remove all connections and scratch
with some sandpaper. Also look at the wire end to see if the wire inside
connector is corroded.
On twins... the ground cable runs from the battery uses two pieces of cable.
Battery to port motor - Port motor to starboard motor.
Try this first and check back with Us.
Good luck.

running

So after about 20-30 times trying to start it.....it did. Had a lot of oil come out the exhaust for a minute or 2, then nothing. So it will need a rebuild next winter. But for now, both engines are purring.....:). So I have concluded that there was so much oil build up, it took a while for the pistons to displace it before it could get itself a good crank! Thanks for the replies.
