I bought this seadoo not knowing anything about them drove one in Florida and was in love. After buying I decided to do some studying about flushing and other things. I noticed my inlet how's is blocked. My understanding is that the inlet hoes bring in water to cool off the engine. The seller showed me the vessel running and drove it for about 10 mins but now I'm wondering if this is rigged. I wanna make sure this machine is safe before taking it to the lake. Will buy you lunch for a little help from someone if that's allowed thank you. It

Depends on the engine and model. Download the service manual and check the parts diagram to be sure.

All the 657 skis that I had, probably 20 at this point, looked just like that

the hose with the green stripe is your inlet. the other one is just where you hook up to the hose. This can also function as an inlet and will be the easiest way to put antifreeze in for winterizing.

This confused me a bit when I first got my 657x becuase my 720 T's off there and has another hose running, but its how its supposed to be.
