Finally gonna run her today

Well. 75 degrees and beautiful...gonna finally go ride the new to me gti today. My mechanic is actually going to go with me and ride a ski he is fixing for a friend of mine. A good mechanic is a truly good find!:cheers:

Yeah man; give an update later. I have a '00 GTI that I haven't had out yet. Anxious to hear how yours works.

Update. Took her out with my mechanic and she ran like a raped ape. 51 mph till the jet pump went To helluke:! No oil but didn't lock up! Hadn't been run in a year and a half. No prob though he got a used one! I ran it for 2 hrs before the nose cone busted! TOnly the impeller survived...LOL. Hell I got a 2500 ski anEd still have less than 1100 in her! had a freekin ball though! Love the gti!:cheers:
