Pulled baffle on 1997 gti and soldered F1 fuse like other threads explain. It was my first time soldering so it wasn’t pretty but it seems functional. Before I did it my Gauge showed completely empty and now I put the key on to test it and it’s on full no matter where the float is. Picture attached any suggestions?
It looks like that board has corrosion at the reed switches. It might just be a bad board that can't be saved. I have not seen them with corrosion like yours has.
