explorer hull difference

I don't think you will get a real response on this. The Explorer was only made for a few years, and they weren't sold everywhere. Not enough is known about them since they weren't intended as a recreational boat. (sorry)

We had a 95 Explorer with the V hull and it made a big difference for handling. The old flat hull moved all over the place and was less stable.

From where i sit, them two look HOT!!!...........o, you mean the "boats'" hulls... Think the grooved one, is more beneficial,..grabbing/tucked to the water.
