Exhaust Temp Fluxuating...is it normal?

Hi there, fairly new to the PWC world. I have a 2017 Wake 155. Is it normal for the exhaust temp displayed to fluctuate? I noticed that when underway on open water the temp will show anywhere from 1 degree to 359 degrees. There is no warning that I get. When I am at idle or slow speed the temp seems to stay somewhat even. Is my sensor bad?

That's not the exhaust temp. That is your degree heading. Not sure how your exhaust temp would be 1 degree, lol.
