O OzTEXS Member Jan 22, 2018 #1 Hi I recently returned from a trip that included beaching my seadoo speedster 200 for several hrs Upon Return to shore I noticed once I opened the drain plug an unusual amount of water with a ting of oil gushed out Would there be a specific reason for this ??

kernal Active Member Jan 22, 2018 #2 Check your carbon seals and bellows. best way is stick a gopro camera, or the like in there and record while your running to see if it's leaking.

kernal Active Member Jan 24, 2018 #5 if it started after you beached, I'd slide under it on the trailer and inspect the bottom and pumps as well, just for piece of mind.

timeman Active Member Jan 27, 2018 #6 I used to get water in the ski locker...I replaced my carbon seal and siliconed (top / bottom) my rub rail now I get zero water.
