I have a 94 xp and I already have a carb mod but the person who owned it before me never upgraded the exaust! any sugestions? I heard something about just taking out the water box and running a new black rubber exaust hose right to the end of the exaust pipe. Right now I have the exaust off completely fixing some bad seals so I thought now would be a good time to juice it up a bit.

That thing will be real loud. Plus it needs to have a water jacket to keep it from over heating the exhaust. The stock Pipe has a water jacket to keep it cool. Be careful or you get a fried seadoo!
