Error buying a 14 challenger

The seller just told me that the engine starts perfectly, but when giving some speed, the engine dies out?

What could this be, he says he has changed many parts in ther engine,

If the die out is from idle, trying to increase to plane, it is probably the accelerator pump. You can try from idle, to increse the fuel slowly with your hand on the choke, when it seems it's gonna die, pull and release the choke quickly, see if there is any difference.

If the RAVE valves haven't been cleaned in over a year, this will cause your porblem too.............:cheers:
