so i told my dad i needed 2 troke oil for the seadoo.. he came home with a gallon of squicksilver premium 2 stroke oil.. its what he runs in the boat..
i was hoping he would pick up the seadoo synthetic...:(

yea well boats full did that last week.. i got little over half a tank of oil in the ski.. i just like to keep things as full as possible.

hey jj are u farmiliar with changing out the temo lines? would you want to get together and possibly help swap mine out?

TIP: if you go to the dealer in MB to get the Seadoo XPS oil, they will give you 10% off if you buy the case (3 gallons). That is the cheapest I have been able to find it anywhere. Ask them about it first or they may not bring it up unless you ask.

Yeah, I did mine. Its not hard. Wouldn't mind helping you out.

ill have to stop in at redline.. its up by the gf house..

i need to get my fuel lines done.. maybe after the ride in aug.

Or maybe before..

only if he is avaliable.. i ride mine daily with the grey lines. but im willing to pull it out and get them swapped i just dont know where to begin and dont want to pull it out of the water to have it sit on the trailer.

i am pretty much free any day.. this Saturday afternoon ill be shark fishing. next Saturday the same..
but pretty much any day i am free. i would just need a heads up as i need to pull it out of the water so i could trailer it.

and a list of what i need to get...
line, worm clamps and how much carb cleaner id need.

1) 15' of 1/4" fuel line
2) 5' of 5/16"
3) 20-30 all stainless hose clamps. (the smallest you can get that fits both size fuel line)
4) Two cans of carb cleaner.
5) Small tube of loc-tite (blue)
6) Synthetic grease
7) pack of good quality cable ties
8) shop towels

If you end up at the dealer this week to get your oil, pick new gaskets for the carbs. If careful the old ones can be re-used, but why chance it if you are going to be at the dealer anyways. Plus, since this ski had a previous owner, we do not know how much wear they may already have on them.

That's all I can think of at the moment.

you forgot the beer.

i also used electrical tape when replacing the lines, i would remove the line at one end, wrap 4-6" of tape on each hose, and pull it through.
