I recently purchased a 2007 Seadoo GTI SE 155. Problem is, the 4-tec motor is fouling plugs like too much fuel is being fed. It runs fine for a couple hours then you have to replace the plugs and it will run fine for another couple hours. Can a bad ECU cause this issue? Coils have been replaced as well as some other electrical components, (thinking replacing them would fix the problem). Ski has 50 hours on it. Compression is good. Thanks in advance!

No, the MPEM should not cause this. It is either weak spark which sounds like you covered that, dirty/bad fuel injectors or burning oil.

Ran the CanDoo on her yesterday. Isn't throwing any codes at all. Injectors are the only thing he hasn't replaced. But its just weird that all three are doing it.
